Nasce, questo vino, da un desiderio
che ho alimentato per anni, produrre un uvaggio Bordolese.
Realizzare un vino e vederlo crescere bene rende orgogliosi e soddisfatti;
voglio condividere questi sentimenti con i collaboratori ed amici
che in questi anni hanno fatto crescere me e l’Azienda.
Sensazioni: molto bello questo vino, incisivo nei suadenti profumi
di frutto e di spezie che propone. Largo e ad un tempo profondo, per
via dell'alcol. Nitidi i profumi, con balsamizzanti e mentolizzanti
vene lignee, lievemente fumose nei toni olfattivi. Non solo legno,
anche frutto, prugna e cassis, di integrità ossidativa mai
sfoggiata nelle precedenti annate, tale da affiancare in forza e viva
dolcezza il ben mentoso boisé. Tatto felpato e denso , buon
controllo sul tannino, morbidezza decisamente avvolgente, priva di
amare scodate. Morbido e di ciliegiosa visciola in fondo gola, luogo
dove i sovratannici vini richiamano l'amarissimo caffè invece
che la stramatura e nera ciliegia. Un vino-frutto riuscitissimo, che
non si ferma di porgere nuances e richiami a frutti di bosco e non,
a bocca nera e viola, con chiosa netta di visciola e di marasca. Deglutisco.
Non si spegne presto l'onda di sapore. Microspore di gusto accendono
echi di menta, di glassa di confetto, di magico frutto mora e prugna.
Perdura allora la piacevolezza anche dopo l'assaggio, perdura per
il tempo concesso dalla superiore concentrazione in succhi di questo
classico, nitido, mediterraneo blending bordolese. Un vino che non
disgiunge la sua concentrazione dalla sua setosa morbidezza. |

This wine was born from a wish that I have been having to produce
a bordolese grapes Making.
To make a wine and see it growing up well makes one feel proud and
satisfied.
I wood like to share these feeling with my cooperators and friends
who during these years have made firm grown bigger.
Sensation: this is a very good wine, with distinct yellow fruit and
spice perfumes. It is both full and deep thanks to the alcohol. The
clear aromas have balsamic, minty wood veins and are slightly smoky.
There is not only wood but also fruit, plum and blackcurrant, an oxidative
integrity we have not encountered in previous vintages, which matches
the strength and lively sweetness of the minty wood. A plush, dense
texture, well-controlled tannin, mouthfilling softness without trails
of bitterness. The finish is mellow sour cherry where over-tannic
wines usually have bitter coffee instead of ripe black cherry. A highly
successful fruit-wine, which continually expresses overtones of wild
berry fruits and other fruits, black and purple berries, a clear sour
cherry gloss. After swallowing, the wave of flavours remains at length.
Microspores of flavour light echoes of mint, almond icing, magical
blackberry and plum fruit. The pleasantness thus continues after swallowing,
lasting for the time allowed by the superior juice extract of this
classic, clean, Mediterranean Bordeaux blend. The concentration and
silky softness remain close-knit in this wine. |

Eindrucke: Sehr schon dieser Wein mit seinem einprägsamen, schmeichelnden
Duft nach Frucht und Gewürzen. Breitgefächert und dank des
Alkohols gleichzeitig auch mit viel Tiefe ausgestattet. Klar ausgefragt
der Duft, durchzogen von balsamischen, Mentholhaften Holzadern, die
ganz leicht rauchig in der Nase wirken. Doch nicht nur Holz, sondern
auch Frucht, Pflaume und Cassis, von einer in den vorigen Jahrgängen
nie gezeigten Reintonigkeit, so dass sich zum mentholgeprägten
Boiséton eine starke, lebhafte Sube gesellt. Samtig und dick
zeigt er sich auf der Zunge, schon eingebunden das Tannin, von einhüllender
Weichheit, ohne bitteren Nachklang. Ganz hinten im Rachen zeigt er
sich weich und lasst Weichselkirsche erkennen, und wo zu tanninhaltige
Weine an bitteren Kaffee erinnern, wartet dieser mit reifer, schwarzen
Kirsche auf. Ein ausgesprochen gelungener Genusswein, der jedoch nicht
nur Nuancen von schwarzen und violetten Waldung anderen Fruchten zu
bieten hat, in denen Weichselkirsche und Marasca das Sagen haben.
Ich schlucke. Die Geschmackswelle verebbt nicht so schnell. Ein Minzeecho
ist zu erkennen, Konfektglasur, magische Brombeer- und Pflaumenfrucht.
Bei solch Überdurchschnittlich konzentrierten Saften in diesem
klassischen, präzisen, mediterranen Bordelaiser Blend halt der
Genuss auch danach noch an. Ein Wein, in dem Konzentration und seidige
Weichheit fest miteinander verwoben sind.
